Neck Oil is a 4.3% session IPA that is a permanent feature on the Beaverton core range. Another unfined beer from Beaverton, this time the beer is a pale straw colour also possessing the haze of an unfined beer. Unlike other session IPAs, the fruity aromas overpowers any notes of hops. Lemon and peach lead the way in a wonderful blend of tropical fruits and a range of citrus. The hops shine through first with a dry crisp taste. Citrus flavours develop through a medium finish. This absolutely a beer best enjoyed on sunny days.
